1. Return Eligibility
Time Frame: Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
Product Defects: Returns or exchanges are only eligible if the product is defective or if you have received the wrong product.
Tags: Please ensure the tags are still attached to the item if you’re considering a return. If the tag is removed or lost, we may not accept the return.
Size Exchange: If you need an exchange due to size issues, please email us at contact@theuniwear.com for approval. We recommend referring to the size chart before making your purchase.
2. Damaged or Tampered Packaging
Rejection of Delivery: If the packaging is damaged or tampered with, reject the delivery immediately. This is the only acceptable action in such cases.
Accepted Damaged Delivery: If you have already accepted the delivery and noticed damage later, please send us a video or photos of the packaging before and after unpacking it within 24–48 hours of delivery. This is necessary to assess the issue.
Product Damage: If there are any cuts or holes in the apparel, we will need confirmation that the packaging was intact. Please provide a video or photos of the intact packaging within 24–48 hours of delivery.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days and a credit will be applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card) within 7-10 days, depending on your payment provider.
4. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank—there could be some processing time before your refund shows up.

5. Replace/Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@theuniwear.com.
Replacement and Exchange items are shipped within 2-3 business days after approval.
Replace/Exchanges and Delivery can be expected within 5-7 business days, depending on the location.
6. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping Insurance: If your item value is over ₹10,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchange Times: Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
